OUR 180° TURN

My name is Gabor Ozsvart. For 25 years, I worked as a meat product manufacturer at one of Hungary's leading meat processing companies. After a complete 180-degree turn, I changed the course of my career and, together with my wife Anita, founded our family-run artisanal sausage business. Here, we produce fresh and smoked sausages that are entirely free of additives and preservatives, using recipes and spice blends I have developed through intuition and experience.
